Abdelali Mourid – a passionate reggae musician whose music speaks straight to the soul. For many years, he has graced the stage, performed alongside renowned artists, and moved audiences with his rhythm and spirit.
But like so many artists, he’s faced a tough reality: music alone no longer pays the bills. Still, giving up was never an option. Abdelali carved out a new path – opening his own shop where he now shares not only his music, but also clothing and jewelry. It’s more than just a shop – it’s a space filled with energy, creativity, and the heartbeat of African culture.
His story is deeply moving. It’s a story of courage, perseverance, and the unwavering will to stay true to one’s calling – even when life demands a change of course. To me, Abdelali represents all the quiet fighters who never stop believing in their passion, but instead find new ways to let it shine.

A place of Extreme
The Bahnhofsviertel is one of Frankfurt´s smallest yet most densely populated districts. A microcosm where wealthy and poverty, glamour and misery and cultural diversity coexist within the tightest of spaces.
The station district is considered a nationwide hotspot where homelessness, drug use, and street prostitution visibly converge.
